2024 Toyota Crown Sedan Review.

The all new 2024 Toyota Crown Sedan .

Toyota is set to launch the new 2024 Toyota Crown. While the final release date hasn't been confirmed yet, it will be available in the North American markets. It is expected to be released in late 2023 or early 2024, with reservations starting at the end of the year.

Compared to its predecessor, the 2024 Crown sedan measures 5030 mm in length, 1890 mm in width, and 1470 mm in height. The current sedan presents a more dominant appearance, exuding greater luxury and sophistication. Up front, there's a large lower air intake, chrome details, and LED headlights in the shape of a hammerhead. The rear features comprehensive LED lighting, and the car's trunk opens with a glossy black rear glass extension, all while the bumper remains elegant without visible exhaust outlets.

We can see 20-inch alloy wheels, a 3000 mm wheelbase, simple surfaces, FCEV hydrogen badges on the front fenders, and a sloping rear roofline.

The interior cabin of the 2024 Toyota Crown is characterized by luxury and strength. All seats are made from hybrid materials and come with ventilation and heating options, leather upholstery, and grip handles in the seatbacks. The rear seats provide more legroom and a more spacious cabin, with ample rear legroom on the right side thanks to the front passenger seat that automatically reclines when not in use.

Luxurious interior design:

The cabin's interior design includes luxurious elements, such as wood panels adorning the dashboard and the central console. The digital gauge cluster looks similar to the rest of the Crown family, with ambient lighting, a 12.3-inch touchscreen mounted on the same panel, and several physical buttons on the steering wheel. Like its predecessor, the Crown does not bear the Toyota badge as it has evolved into a distinct sub-brand with its unique identity.

The cabin boasts the latest technology trends, including Wi-Fi connectivity, safe exit warning, wireless smartphone charging, ensuring safety and entertainment during the drive. Features include rear seat alert, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, front collision warning, rear traffic alert, automatic high-beam assistance, a 360-degree camera system, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, wireless smartphone charging, compatibility with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a 6-speed automatic transmission, as well as adaptive cruise control.

The new Toyota Crown is a sedan with an impressive range, capable of covering over 500 miles on a full tank (14.5 gallons). However, actual range may vary due to factors such as driving conditions, weather, engine performance, and traffic.

In terms of speed and range, the 2024 Toyota Crown delivers astonishing performance. It can accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 5.7 seconds and reaches a top speed of 120 to 130 miles per hour.
